Review

Tara, Jake, and a group of their friends arrive in Ireland and set up camp in the middle of a forest area near a now disused children's home. While the group is searching for the magic mushrooms they plan to ingest during their stay, Tara happens to come across a cluster of Deathcap mushrooms. Foolishly she eats one, seizures, and then begins having premonitions. Jake takes her back to their camp and puts her to bed.

The others sit around the campfire and Jake tells them a story about the children's home nearby. According to him, it was owned by a sadistic monk who used to beat, mutilate, and kill the troubled boys that were sent there. One day, the monk forced a boy to watch his twin brother be hanged. Because of this, the surviving twin spiked the monk's soup with deathcap mushrooms. This, oddly enough, didn't kill the monk. It just made him go on a killing rampage through the school where he slaughtered almost all of the children. Tara overhears this story and begins to have dreams about her friends being killed off.

Later that night, Bluto has a fight with his girlfriend Lisa which results in her kicking him out of the tent. In a moment of poor judgement, which he seems to be quite fond of, he drinks a large amount of mushroom tea and then stumbles off into the woods. After conversing with a cow and having his penis ripped off by something inside a car residing in the forest, Bluto gets clocked in the head with an axe, presumably by the monk. This is when Tara wakes up, realizes he's in trouble, wanders out in the woods and finds him alive, talking to a cow. She takes him back to his tent.

They wake in the morning to find Bluto gone, but aside from Tara, none of them seem to concerned. After a quick search, they go ahead and drink the shroom tea. Tara, however does not, but unless one's paying attention, that goes unnoticed.

Eventually Tara, Lisa, and Holly go looking for Bluto. They end up seeing things, becoming terrified and running around screaming and bashing into things. As per the norm, the girls become seperated. Holly ends up stumbling upon the home of two of the boys (now grown men) that used to live with the pigs at the boy's home. In accordance to Tara's dreams, Holly is killed, Lisa finds the body and is told that Tara's next to die. Being frightened, Lisa runs off into the body of water surrounding one side of the woods. There she meets her demise.

Tara who clearly was not the next in line for death, runs to the abandoned home to find Jake and Troy. The guys wander through the home continuously getting more and more paranoid. Tara wanders around looking for them, holding an axe. Presumably, Troy is killed by the twin that poisoned the monk's soup. Jake jumps out of a window to escape, but ends up breaking his leg. Tara finds him and they attempt to flee. While Jake rests against a tree, Tara goes ahead to look around, but returns to find Jake dead. As she panics and runs around, she ends up nailing her head and falling unconcious.

Tara awakes to find herself being put into an ambulance. The campsite is surrounded by Garda (the Irish police force) who are searching through everything. She sees Ernie (one of the two boys that lived with the pigs in the children's home) being forced into a police cruiser by officers. Suddenly, she hears a cell phone ringing and assumes it's the paramedic's. Turns out, it's actually hers and she has a flash-back which reveals Tara as the actual killer, which is kind of obvious if you pay attention. After the flashback, it's implied that Tara kills the paramedic with a pair of scissors.

The movie ends with Tara running through the forest.
